JEV Maintenance Corp. started as 3 gentlemen providing services realizing we could be a great team and would provide superior service by joining forces. Each member brings a different strength to the group and that allows us to deliver a better experience to each of our customers.

Bill's Journey
20 Years of Service and Decades of Expertise
Bill Goldstein is a career construction professional that has worked his way up from a laborer on a framing crew, to Superintendent, to Project Manager overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. He has won awards for quality control and construction time management in single family residences he has built for developers.
As opportunities arose, Bill has managed the construction of custom homes, apartment renovations, tenant fit outs, retail box store renovations, restaurants, mixed use, podium construction, stick built, and many other commercial structures and projects. He has managed the construction of almost 2 thousand doors across multiple apartment complexes he has supervised with project costs up to 73 million dollars one project alone.
Bill’s direction provides clarity of our goal, growth, and execution on every project we undertake. Always looking forward, his passion is in real estate and everything to do with real estate.
Keith’s Journey
20 Years of Service and Decades of Expertise
Retiring as a 20 year veteran police officer at the Boro of Metuchen in May of 2025. Keith has worked part time in construction since 1993 on various projects that JEV has needed his expertise at. While his forte is supervision, Keith was a foreman for several companies in the construction field. After working under a licensed electrician for several years he became a project manager for a low volt audio/video installation company. He has serviced large corporate companies as well as one owner mom and pop storefronts.
I have recently sold a furniture business I owned and operated for the past 26 years. I have a diverse background, including majoring in political science at Kean University and minoring in graphic design.
